I stumbled upon Datenstrom's Yellow back in 2017, when I was looking for a lightweight CMS. There was always this question about its longevity, given that it was vibrant/new/different from conventional CMS; its subdued appeal was not just design centric - the one megabyte framework that was brains behind this CMS was minimalist as well.

To return back to Datenstrom's Yellow in 2020, with its budding community on GitHub truly marks that Yellow is here amongst bloated WordPress and closed-source CMSs for the long haul.
